Mother Earth - She is the most resilient of all.  

The four elements bring lessons for us all: 

Fire – burn to release what no longer serves you, shine bright so you can be a light of hope for others. Even if it all has burned to the ground for you, you can find a glowing ember in the ashes and fan your inner flame to rebuild your internal fires. 

Water – go with the flow, wash away the past, rinse yourself of the energies that keep you small.  Provide sustenance to yourself so you can keep growing 

Earth - Tend do the seedlings of yourself so you may grow anew, take what has died and no longer serves you and turn it into internal mulch to give what’s to come new life. 

Air – the most precious of all the elements for us. Moments without it and we die, the more you breath the bigger your capacity for life. Wind heralds a change 

Mother Earth, Mama Gaia, Pachamama – she holds lessons we can apply to nurture ourselves to carry through and rise again. She gives to us unconditionally, providing all we need to survive and thrive.
